Edens, Criado & Welch emerged from the recognition that the public demands a low cost national law firm to handle routine legal matters. By operating as a virtual law practice, the majority of our legal services can be done at fixed fees.
Attorney and law firm co-founder Frank D. Edens has more than 20 years of experience operating leading legal websites including USLegalForms.com, USLegal.com, and FormsPass.com.
Edens launched ECW law firm in 2017 along with attorneys and partners Carrie Anna Criado and Jayne Welch. Criado and Welch have worked closely with Edens on his online ventures for more than a decade.
